Phil read the 12 Traditions
Eric read the 12 Concepts
Phil had a reference letter from Priority Communications but has not called any of the references given.
General conscience from the Area and Region is to go with the Work Easy service (automated answering service).
Phil made a motion to go with the Work Easy system.
Jason seconded the motion.
Unanimous decision to go with Work Easy
Need to check with Bellsouth about purchasing our own 1800 number. Deadline to be put in the phonebook is the end of October. We also need to request a rate sheet from Bellsouth.
Greg will check with Dale to see how many minutes Nashville Area uses with the Work Easy program. Also we need to check with Work Easy about customizing our own program that will best help our Area.
Talked about holding workshops. Whoever is on the call list from our Area needs to be trained. We also need to check with people already on the call list from the Regional Phoneline to see what calls come in the most. So, we can have an idea of how to format our Work Easy system. Also we need to ask Nashville when the peek hours are and what their monthly bills come to.
Our next meeting is on July the 9th at 11am at the Square Dance Inc. to discuss an estimated budget for the year.
